CCC's Ministries and Ministry Teams Ephesians 4: 11-16 explains that every follower of Jesus Christ is to be equipped and active in service, in order to build up the body of Christ as a whole.  At CCC much of our ongoing ministry is accomplished through our Ministry Teams, led by Team Leaders, staff members or elders. Our Teams provide vision, direction and coordination as we use our gifts and resources to serve the Lord and others. As the Lord moves people to serve in new ways, we encourage the creation of new ministries under our existing teams or, when necessary, the creation of new teams. Our goal is to fulfill our mission by helping each believer find a fruitful and satisfying place of service.
