CCC uses a variety of contemporary songs to lead the congregation in praise and worship. Using the gifts that God has blessed them with, a variety of gifted worship leaders, singers, soloists, and instrumentalists serve on the Worship Team.
Together, we joyfully lift our praises to the Lord with a celebration of music!
The types of worship music you will hear varies from Sunday to Sunday. Our music is generally upbeat, celebrating God's grace with joy and thanksgiving, but we also recognize the importance of meditative, slower paced themes.
The Worship Team incorporates a wide assortment of instruments ranging from guitars, drums, and keyboards to brass, woodwinds, and strings. An occasional banjo, dulcimer, dobro and exotic percussion instruments are also used for good measure. They are committed to excellence in leading the congregation in ways that are worthy of Him and strive to bring the congregation to His revealed presence. The team desires to serve God by serving the body of believers. The motto of the Worship Team reminds them of who they ultimately serve: "The Glory of God is the Issue."
