The CCC Website (accessible from www.ccc-if.org, ChristCommunityOnline.org, or ChristCommunityOnline.com) depends on timely, relevant, useful information from the entire body of Christ Community Church.
Following are some guidelines for updating or getting information on the web site...
First, you need to understand that not all information is appropriate for web publication - think of the web as a billboard to the world.
When you submit information for the website, we will try to get it posted as soon as possible, but it is subject to editing and (if there are any questions as to its suitability) possibly elder/pastoral review before posting.
How to submit information: The absolute best way to submit information is through email. Click Here to contact the site webmaster (Doug Heiser) with information to post. If you need to send files or pictures (encouraged) the actual email address can be found in the church directory. If you do not have a directory, use the link above, and request a direct email address.
What Format? We will try to work with whatever you send us, but try to avoid sending HTML files or heavily formatted content - it is actually easier to work with plain text. Please, please, PLEASE, DO try to send photos or graphics to accompany your information.
Other Considerations: Remember the billboard concept... You may not want to publish your email address or phone number for the world. If you would like, I can set up a "Contact Us" page for you so that you can get email without publishing your email address for the world to see.
Events: If you are planning an event, you should contact the church office (click here) to get it in the official calendar, and on the website.
