CCC's Ministry Teams Much of the ongoing ministry of CCC is accomplished through our Ministry Teams. Our Teams provide direction and coordination as we use our gifts and resources to serve the Lord and others. As the Lord gives vision and leads people into service, we encourage the creation of new ministries under existing teams or, when necessary, the creation of new teams. Our goal is to help each believer find a fruitful and satisfying place of service in the body of Christ. Ministry Team Leaders Our Team Leaders are on the front line of ministry here at CCC. They prayerfully lead their Teams in envisioning new avenues of service, preparing an annual Ministry Plan, recruiting Team members, planing, organizing and carrying out ministry events and programs.
